I Love what I do & consider it an honor & privilege serve as your Officiant. I have over 20 years experience and respect the profound meaning of this moment I take time to listen to you to learn who you are and what you want. We will collaborate to create your one of a kind ceremony. I am an excellent writer & have been told often that the sound of my voice has a healing calming effect. My goal is always that you are beyond pleased & at the end of the day say, "Our ceremony was everything we hoped for & more than we ever thought it could be!"

Magical and memorable ceremony
I have been lucky enough to attend two ceremonies officiated by Mary Jean of A Ceremony of the Heart and she displayed her unique ability to through her signature thoughtful and personable touch. Mary Jean strives to infuse the personality of a couple into the ceremony, and transforms this special moment with her grace and expertise. I highly recommend her services as an officiant who brings every ceremony alive with care and creativity.

We love Mary Jean!
From our first conversation with Mary Jean at A Ceremony of the Heart, we knew we had found the right officiant for our wedding! She was direct and honest about what we needed to think through, but also incredibly warm and wise in how she guided us. We did the pre-marriage counseling with her in addition to the ceremony itself, and every session felt thoughtful and genuine. Mary Jean helped us add personal touches to our vows and ceremony that we never would have come up with on our own, and those details made our day feel truly ours. Her attention to making sure every part of the ceremony was meaningful and intentional showed in everything she did. We have infinite gratitude for Mary Jean and everything she brought to our wedding!!

AMAZING MINISTER!
From our first conversation with MaryJean at A Ceremony of the Heart, we knew we'd found our officiant. She asked questions that seemed small at first, but we quickly realized she was building something bigger—a ceremony that felt uniquely ours. MaryJean stayed in constant touch leading up to the wedding, asking thoughtful details about how we met and our journey together.
