Our experienced artists provide on-site beauty services for brides, bridal parties, mothers and other wedding guests, with the team capacity to accommodate both intimate celebrations and large wedding parties.

    Wedding

    This was sadly the worst vendor we had for our wedding. There was poor communication throughout the entire process and both the bridesmaids and I felt neglected and hurt during most of it. I was not very satisfied with my makeup during the trial, so I decided to not have it done for the wedding day. However, the day of, that artist was there and did not ask me once about it. I tried clarifying our schedule numerous times before the day of the wedding after I had to make the timeline for all of the hair and makeup and did not hear back. The day of the wedding I was getting texts about starting at a different location after we expressed multiple times we could only get into the venue at a specific time. When getting ready, we were then running behind on hair and makeup, and as the bride, I felt like I was being blamed for it while having my own hair done. This was very frustrating, especially since we had told them when photos were supposed to begin. Instead of all of us feeling beautiful the entire time, it felt more like a burden to ask the artists/stylists for what we wanted done. Two of my bridesmaids were not given the type of bun they wanted. We understand different hair types are suited better for certain styles, but the stylist did not seem accommodating at all for trying to give them the look they wanted. In addition, there were comments made about our hair that felt rude rather than productive. Instead of giving suggestions of what would look good for the type of hair they had or working with them, they were mostly belittled for how their hair is or simply told “that will not work.” We do greatly appreciate one of the makeup artists, Rachel, staying to do someone’s makeup and paying the day of for it. Out of the three artists/stylists we had (which we paid to have an extra artist to make sure we were done in time), Rachel was the friendliest and the best we had. Overall, the bridesmaids hair and makeup looked good but the experience leading up to the wedding and the morning of left much to be desired. I felt much more stressed out than relieved about hair and makeup both leading up to the wedding and the day of. I feel like the hair and makeup stylists/artists should be excited and make the wedding party feel beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not feel that way at all, but thankfully the wedding party themselves made up for it.

    Flawless on My Wedding Day!

    My hair and makeup artists (Patty and Rachel) made me and my mom look flawless on my wedding day. The airbrush lasted me from morning to night and I didn’t really need a touch-up! They listened to what I wanted and made adjustments based on feedback from my trial session. Communication was excellent as well. Fees were transparent and reasonable. Don’t hesitate to go with them. I am so glad I did!!I

    Absolute Best Team!

    Courtney and Gabrielle were the absolute best team for bridal hair and makeup. Not only were they so personal and fun to be around but they were professional, on time. They both truly listen to what you want and understand how to achieve the look. It was so important for me to feel like myself on my big day and Courtney was able to flawlessly achieve the soft, natural makeup that I asked for while also beautifully doing full glam for some of my girls. Gabrielle is such a skilled and versatile hairstylist. A lot of my bridesmaids had different hair types and that was no problem for her. She was able to achieve every single hair style that each of us asked for in a short period of time. Both artists are truly talented and I have no doubt that the rest of their team is held to the same standards. I cannot recommend The Makeup Team enough to all the brides!
