Hi Olivia, Your wedding was almost a year ago, so that tells me that you’re really bothered with this since you took the time to write it a year later. First of all, I do apologize, I take blame for everything, but let me make a couple notes. I never told you that I didn’t think a trial wouldn’t be necessary. I would never say that to any bride, I do however give my brides the option to get one or not. You said you wanted a “pink” look, which were the colors you sent me very pink, and not very much contour, and what I envisioned to be pink, but when we got done you said you wanted it “pink like your hair” which was clearly purple. Even your friend made a comment that it was a purple not pink. Also, your dissatisfaction was never communicated with me, none of the other ladies that I did mentioned not being satisfied with their outcomes either, I remember they were quite lovely. I even tried to say bye to you before I left and they said you didn’t want to come out, never mentioned you were upset about the look or anything. Which I feel like you could have communicated better. Nonetheless, I always strive to give my brides the best service and the best experience possible and for them to be happy with my work. I’m so sorry that you felt this way, but I will definitely keep your recommendations in mind. This was a year ago, I've improved my skills a ton since your wedding. Best of luck to you! :) Dulce
