Yes, all makeup should be removed ahead of your makeup application. Just your regular morning skincare routine only.
Ultimately you know your hair the best, we prefer one day old dirty hair. This is better for us as far as styling your hair goes. If you are doing an updo, freshly washed and dried hair is fine.
Unless your have paid for a blow out, your hair should be fully dried. If not, we will ask you to go dry it fully before you come back for your hair service. It takes up too much of our time to dry your hair unless we were prepared to. Our styling timelines are very tight and we need all the time we can get.
We would prefer to know everyone that is having services ahead of time, since we work on such a tight timeline. Sometimes we have extra time baked in and can accommodate an extra person, but not always. It's best to let us know at least a week before hand so we can make sure we have adequate time to preform the services needed.

    Lauren is incredible!

    By the time my wedding was over Lauren felt like a life long friend. I can’t say enough positive things about her talent as a hair and makeup artist or how amazing she is as a person. She was communicative, accommodating, flexible, kind, and also helped me bake cookies for over an hour which I’m for certain is not in her job description. She has a calming presence and a true gift for being a diva whisperer. You will not regret choosing Lauren.

    Effortless natural glam

    Lauren was an absolute gem to work with! She made me and my bridesmaid looks absolutely beautiful without being over the top. She does an excellent job with natural glam. I would hire Lauren again in a heartbeat!
