The Blackthorn Bride: includes your skincare consultation with lead artist Cait (me!), your makeup preview, and your on-location 90 minute day of bridal application, including mini facial and facial massage. Includes false lashes and a full sized lipstick for touch ups.

Yes! I am a proud LGBTQ+ friendly vendor, and have been featured in Gay Weddings Magazine blog.
Primarily the Hudson Valley & Catskills, but I travel all over NY, PA, NJ, and New England. Available for destination travel.
I do not offer airbrush makeup at this time. I use high quality, professional grade traditional foundations in different finishes and consistencies so that I can apply them in thin, buildable layers. My products work on all skin types and textures.

I offer both men’s grooming (skincare, concealer if necessary, eyebrow gel if necessary, powder, and matte bronzer) as well as full attendant makeup applications to whatever degree my client is comfortable with.
The vast majority of my makeup is cruelty free, and a large number of product is actually vegan friendly.

    Hire Cait!!!

    Cait was such a grounding, supportive presence on our wedding day. She did our bridal party’s makeup, as well as two brides, and she listened very carefully to everyone’s wishes, following our vision exactly. Since we don’t wear makeup in everyday life, we were nervous that our makeup artist might not understand what we wanted, but Cait did exactly, all while making us feel so relaxed and cared for. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

    first met Cait back in 2016 when she did my makeup for a friend’s wedding. She was just starting out then, but I still remember how beautiful she made me feel that day. It left such an impression that when it came time for my vow renewal, I knew I wanted her to be the one to do my makeup. Booking her was a no-brainer, and I am so glad I did. Cait is incredibly kindhearted and has such a gift for enhancing natural beauty with her signature clean-girl aesthetic. She’s knowledgeable yet humble, and her warm, calming presence was exactly what I needed to ease those wedding day jitters. From the trial to the big day, she kept me laughing and comfortable—it honestly felt like having a friend by my side. The makeup itself was flawless and lasted all night long without budging.
