my name is Britta and I’m a professional makeup artist. I’ve been doing makeup since a very young age while doing competitive cheer and grew to love the art more and more as I became an adult. I truly love the experiences I get with every person I work with. I cannot even begin to express how rewarding it is to be helping others feel their absolute best on any special day that they have. I never take for granted anyone who trusts me and allows me to be such a huge part of their special day.

I know brides come wanting all different types of looks and I’m more than happy and excited to deliver any type of look you desire. Whether that be a natural dewy look, or a high glam matte look, I would be honored to be your glam girl ✨

    I was just disappointed with my experience with Britta Michelle MUA. From the beginning, it was difficult to get timely responses. While the hair styling wasn't bad, the makeup was just ok during my trial. There were too many red flags that made me ultimately have to cancel for the wedding day. I always try to give vendors the benefit of the doubt, but in this case the negative reviews I read later really taught me a lesson to thoroughly research all the reviews before booking someone in the future. I just couldn't risk it for my wedding day not when they were already late to my trial (she did have a reason but didn't communicate it till after we were already supposed to meet) and after that point wasn't responding to text messages till i had to say no more and than tried to charge me 75 more than what she quoted me and what was in our contract. Brides shouldn't have the additional stress of a vendor not responding to messages right before their wedding.

    Their communication style was non-existent - they didn't respond to messages or confirm the trial makeup appointment the day before. When we reached out to them, they didn't respond at all. This is unsettling when trying to book a vendor especially for a destination wedding.

    I was a bridesmaid for my sister in laws wedding a month ago, and Britta was our makeup artist! I was super nervous having only ever had bad experiences but she made me feel totally comfortable in her chair, and she made me feel so beautiful! She listened to all my concerns, and when I talked to the other girls they all said they loved her and her attention to detail as well, so this review comes from all of us!! The best part too was she got us all done early, and we got to relax a little bit before the photographers arrived and overall it was just a really great experience! I could not recommend her enough, if you’re looking for a professional, punctual, and talented makeup artist she is your gal!!

From the very first consultation, her communication was reliable, timely, and thorough, putting me at ease throughout the entire process. On the day of, her work was truly professional and stunning - she listened closely to my preferences and delivered a look that was both beautiful and considerate of my skin type and personal style. The final result was flawless and consistent with the trial, and I received so many compliments from my guests. Britta's kind and calming presence was also a wonderful addition to my wedding morning. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any bride seeking a talented, reliable, and thoughtful makeup artist.
