Book by June 15, 2025 and save $25 - limited-time offer! Designed for intimate weddings of up to 50 guests, this package provides a warm candlelit ambiance for both your ceremony and reception. Candles are used to line the aisle then repurposed as table centerpieces - including a special arrangement for the head table - for a seamless, elegant transition.

We specialize in elegant candle and décor rentals for weddings, showers, and special events. Our rentals include candle centerpieces, hurricane glass holders, and styling options to enhance your tablescape.
We do not provide fresh floral arrangements ourselves, but we have a relationship with a florist who can add fresh greenery and florals to our centerpieces for a premium charge. If you’re interested in this option, let us know, and we can provide a custom quote. We also offer faux greenery and florals as a more budget-friendly alternative.
Our pricing includes the rental of candles, holders, and décor items, as well as delivery, setup, and breakdown services within our service area. Floral add-ons are available at an additional cost.

Our pricing varies depending on the number of tables and décor selected. Most couples spend between $750–$2,500 on their candle décor. Our minimum order starts at $250. If you would like to add fresh florals through our florist partner, pricing will vary depending on the arrangement size and flower selection.
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding season.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
Yes! You can adjust your order up to 4 weeks before your event to ensure the décor aligns with your vision.
We are based in Chicago and service the city and surrounding suburbs. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
We primarily use real wax candles, but some venues require LED candles. Let us know your venue’s rules, and we can accommodate accordingly.
We require a refundable security deposit upfront to cover potential damages or broken items. After your event, once all rentals are returned and inspected, the deposit will be refunded in full if everything is in good condition. If any items are damaged or missing, the replacement cost will be deducted from the deposit before issuing the refund. This ensures that our rentals remain in excellent condition for future events while keeping the process smooth and stress-free for our clients.
