Did not get what we paid for
We had a really disappointing experience with Sweetwater a Flower Market. From the start, communication was scattered and hard to follow. When we received our flowers on the wedding day, nothing matched what we ordered—the colors were completely different from what we discussed, and the arrangements looked nothing like the samples we chose. The quality felt cheap and rushed. We went in person to the shop multiple times to confirm the details since the coordinator Dana does not live locally and is clueless about flowers and completely unhelpful. It was a big letdown on what should have been a special day, and we can't recommend them to other couples. When you spend so much time and money planning your day, it is a bummer to not get what you asked for.
