Photo booth at large event
Absolutely fantastic photo booth experience for our large event! We have had Zaro's cover our event for the past 10 years which draws over 500 guests, and they completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment they arrive, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely fun to work with. Setup was quick and seamless. They had the booth fully operational well before guests started arriving, which was a huge relief with such a big crowd. The photo quality was outstanding, crisp, well-lit, and flattering every time. Guests loved the variety of props and the easy digital sharing options (instant texts, emails, and an online gallery). The attendants are energetic and kept the line moving without ever making anyone feel rushed. Even during the busiest moments of the night, wait times stayed short and everyone left smiling with great photos. What impressed us most was how well they handled the scale of the event. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the final photo package was delivered promptly with beautiful, high-resolution images. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-energy photo booth company that can handle large events without breaking a sweat, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Lisa did a great job officiating my wedding. The communication was excellent and she did well crafting a personalized ceremony from only a couple of phone calls with my wife and I. She provided us with some very useful tips and advice, and was prompt, polished and poised for the ceremony. We highly recommend this service!

Lisa Zaro of Zaro Celebrations truly stands out as one of the best wedding officiants in the business. Her ceremonies are thoughtful, personalized to the couple and crafted with care. You never feel like she's reading from a "Do you, INSERT BRIDE'S NAME HERE, take GROOM'S NAME" template. I've even seen her transition a wedding ceremony inside in the middle of the vows when a thunderstorm blew up out of nowhere with no warning. Highly recommended!

Lisa was amazing to work with. She truly made our ceremony so special and personalized. She included all the traditions we wanted and really helped the crowd understand the traditions and what made us special as a couple. We are still getting guests saying how special the ceremony was. We went with Zaro's Photo booth for our Hudson Valley wedding, and we were so glad we did. First, the variety of customization options for our photo's was excellent, and we found the perfect classy/minimal aesthetic we were looking for. Second, Lisa and Joe Zaro were both so kind and helpful throughout the planning process and Joe was such a delight to have running the booth on our wedding day. Our guests were very happy to use the many fun props provided and everyone went home with funny or heartfelt photos that will be cherished keepsakes of such an important night in our lives.
