    Stressful and frustrating

    At first, Together Wedding (specifically Dan) seemed to be a great over-communicator and we talked over phone multiple times about what we wanted. Relied heavily on his guidance (main focus our Chinese banquet) and he offered service for an additional venue (our Ceremony) we were going to have separate decorations for. Sent us an invoice and we paid - including the extra walls he called everyday for a week to convince us to get. Sent him multiple time starting 4 months prior to event for the vendor compliance for Ceremony. He never sent the insurance information until 3 days before our wedding and it was due 30 days before event. We were lucky ceremony venue allowed it. He tried to change location of where the makeup/hair gal hired into doing service at hotel instead of ceremony 2 days before the wedding - When we were audibly upset about this last minute change because we already told our party and photographer where we were be at (there was no yelling, no profanity - just slightly raised voices and disapproval) - Dan threatened to pull out of our wedding! Dan had NOTHING finalized days before wedding we hired him for 9 months prior so obviously we are upset that everything else was finalized but his services. Never updated the “contract” to reflect changes in details that was discussed in the many phone calls and then it was an issue because he didn’t remember. Dan sent many photos of his work and needless to say, what we thought we were getting and what we actually got fell short (even if the pic “looks nice” - we expected more). Hair and makeup was also not what I requested at all. Despite getting partial refund for services we didn’t get, experience with Dan was an utter disaster near the day of and it affected me and my husband at our wedding event. I cannot get my wedding day back, and I was disappointed that the service we paid for didn’t meet expectations - it was only lovely because of celebrating with family.

    Creative Decorator

    I have been working over two years with this decorator finally the day came and he didn’t disappoint and he was on par with everything he was supposed to do for my event thanks Dan he did everything from the beginning to the end
