Pixel Photobooth provides elegant open-air photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, and private events across Northern California. Since 2016, we've helped couples and event hosts create polished, stress-free photo booth experiences. Each setup includes studio lighting, curated backdrops and props, custom photo templates designed for your event by our in-house designer, unlimited prints, instant sharing, an online gallery, and a friendly on-site attendant. We serve the SF Bay Area, Sacramento, Roseville, Napa, Lake Tahoe, and Reno. Fully insured. COI available for venues.

Custom backdrop available +$99.

    Great service

    Pixel Photobooth was a fantastic choice for our wedding day. Dmitry arrived early and had everything set up perfectly before our guests even started arriving. He was easy to work with from our first message all the way through the event, answering questions quickly and thinking through every detail. Our guests loved spending time with him at the booth, and we saw people laughing and taking pictures throughout the night. His organized approach and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and fun. We would definitely book Pixel Photobooth again.

    Amazing service

    Pixel Photobooth was such a hit at our wedding. From start to finish, they were responsive and easy to work with, answering all our questions without any delays. On the day of, the team really showed they cared about making our guests happy. They helped people figure out how to use the booth and explained the guestbook process so everyone knew their photos would be saved in it. The prints came out with incredible quality, and honestly it was one of the best decisions we made for our reception. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat to any couple looking for a fun photo experience.

Our all-inclusive packages start at $750 for a 3-hour rental and go up to $1,450. Most couples book between $900 and $1,200. There are no travel fees, setup charges, or hidden taxes — the quoted price is the final price.
We're based in Northern California and serve the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Roseville, Napa, Lake Tahoe, and Reno. Travel within our service area is included in every package. For destinations outside this area, we'll quote travel separately upfront.
Yes — every event includes a custom photo template designed for you by our in-house designer. We'll match your wedding's color palette, monogram, or theme. You'll see the design before the event and can request revisions until it's exactly right.
Yes — unlimited prints for the entire duration of your rental. Guests can also receive instant text and email copies of their photos, and you'll get an online gallery with every photo from your event after it's over.
Our open-air setup needs about 8x8 ft of floor space with 8 ft of vertical clearance for lighting, plus access to a standard power outlet within 25 ft. We can adapt to smaller corners if needed — just share your venue layout and we'll plan accordingly.
Yes — Pixel Photobooth is fully insured. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing your venue as an additional insured, which most venues require. Just send us your venue's requirements and we'll process the COI before your event at no extra cost.
Wedding season (May–October) books out 6–9 months ahead, so earlier is better. For corporate events, holiday parties, or off-season dates, 4–6 weeks is usually fine. Once you send us your event details, we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
Our setup requires a covered area with power access — a tent, patio, covered courtyard, or indoor space all work. If your venue is fully outdoors, please plan a rain or weather backup so our equipment stays protected. We're happy to coordinate with your planner or venue on logistics.
We arrive about an hour before your rental start time to set up the booth, lighting, backdrop, and props. Setup and breakdown are included in every package — they don't count against your rental hours. We can coordinate directly with your planner or venue manager so the timing works seamlessly.
