Goldenbear Event Rentals is a family-owned and operated wedding and event rental company serving Central Florida, including Orlando, Ocala, Florida’s Space Coast, and beyond. We specialize in elevated rustic wood rentals for intimate weddings, outdoor celebrations, destination weddings, backyard weddings, and unique Florida venues. Our collection includes signature sawhorse-leg farm tables, barrel cocktail tables, live-edge wood benches, garden chairs, and a rustic wood dance floor. We offer individual rentals and budget-friendly wedding packages, along with delivery, setup, pickup, and breakdown.

Our collection was built for Florida. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to withstand the heat, humidity, wind, and rain, making our rentals just as functional and beautiful at a beach ceremony or outdoor reception as they are inside an elegant venue. We’re also truly owner-operated. From your free consultation through delivery and setup, you’ll work directly with us. We stay hands-on until every detail is arranged to your satisfaction, so you can enjoy your celebration knowing the rentals are taken care of.

    Happy Mother of the Bride

    The tables, chairs, benches and wine barrels were perfect for our daughters beach wedding. They were beautiful and versatile. We used them Friday night for the welcome dinner, the ceremony, reception, dinner and dance on Saturday and brunch on Sunday morning. They made the decorating so easy as no tablecloths were needed!

    Renting from Golden Bear rentals and working with Matt was a pleasure. He was very responsive, prices were reasonable and he did all the set up and take down. They made it so easy. Their tables and chairs are beautifully made, and very eye catching. I will be using them in the future and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for the farm style look.

    We are extremely pleased with our rental with Goldenbear!! Not only did we love the quality but the customer service was the best! From our first phone call inquiring, to conversing over email and drop off/pickup! Matt & Cody were so helpful the day of my wedding in setting up. Ensuring it was exactly how I wanted it! Every guest at my wedding complimented the set up, and how beautiful the farmhouse look was and I couldn’t agree more! It was everything I wanted and more! I highly recommend using this company for any event rentals and I will definitely be calling this company first whenever I need again!

We handle delivery and setup, then return for breakdown and pickup after your event. We’re owner-operated and personally handle our deliveries, so we won’t leave until your rentals are set up where you want them and you’re happy with how everything looks.
Florida weather can change quickly, which is exactly why our collection is built with outdoor events in mind. Our wood rental pieces are designed to withstand Florida’s heat, humidity, wind, and rain. We’ll work with you on the rental setup, but we always recommend having a weather plan with your venue for outdoor weddings.
You don’t have to figure it out alone! We offer free consultations and can help you determine what you need based on your guest count, venue, layout, and wedding plans. We can also help you choose between individual rentals and one of our packages so you aren’t renting pieces you don’t actually need.
We recommend reserving your rentals as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed, especially for popular wedding dates. Because we’re a boutique rental company with a curated collection, quantities are limited and certain pieces may book well in advance. If your wedding is coming up soon, reach out anyway! We’re always happy to check availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rentals and officially secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event. If you would like to make any changes to your rental order, please reach out at least a month before your event so that we can update your contract. Your date and rentals are not guaranteed until your deposit is received. If you are booking within the same month of your event, payment in full is required to reserve your date.
Yes! Our rentals are designed with Florida’s outdoor elements in mind and can be used for beach weddings and events. Our wood pieces are well suited for sand, heat, humidity, and coastal conditions, making them a beautiful option for beachfront ceremonies and receptions. Beach access and setup requirements vary by location, so we’ll work with you (and/or your venue) to make sure delivery and setup run smoothly!
