Our modern fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for couples, wedding parties, and guest shuttles.     Great company to work with. Newer vehicles, only promotes their vehicles (not promise what they don't have, and pricing is upfront.. nothing hidden.

You need to call the office.
Credit Card over the phone or by invoice. Cash in-person visit to our office is also accepted.
We put you in our pc software system immediately and you will get a reservation confirmation by email showing your deposit and full cost associated with your request. You can call us or reply to that email if any questions. Only booker can make changes or cancel transportation. You can put your reservation # on your gift registry to have guests assist with the cost of your transportation which you will get an updated confirmation after each payment.
The Deposit is Non-Refundable and is normally is $100 per vehicle requested to be used. The Deposit will be used towards your final bill.. not the deposit + your transportation cost. If you change your request to drop a vehicle (ex: you asked for the 2 SUV Package and you drop to sedan package), your deposit will stay with your updated request. You will not be refunded the deposit for that vehicle you no longer wanted.
Typically due about 1.5 to 2 weeks prior to the event so no issues day of event. We do not do "Cash Day Of" or "Pay After Services Given".
Yes there is.. But, DOES NOT include your Deposit as Deposits are Non- Refundable. It all goes by the event date: ~ 3 weeks or before- 100% minus non-refundable deposit ~ 2 weeks or before- 75% minus non-refundable deposit ~ 1 week or before - 50% minus non-refundable deposit ~ Less than 1 week before – 0% Any cancellations need to be at least 3 weeks before the scheduled event to avoid cancellation fees.
Yes. NY State mandates we charge 8% Sales Tax on overall bill.
The vehicle(s) you that you choose with chauffeur(s) for the time given. If you wish any decorations or etc, you need to make that clear when talking to the representative so that can be discussed and/or planned. If you do not wish decorations or etc-- please also make that clear. Some drivers go above and beyond themselves if not noted.. not all.
Yes. As long as it's easy add, easy remove, and does not permanently damage the vehicle in any way.
In the sense of office fees, tolls, etc- no. What we quote and put in your reservation is normally final. But-- there are other items.. - Clean Up Fee starts at $250 and up depending on the damage and how what size of the mess. - You go over the allotted time frame: you will be charged hourly for the vehicle(s) you keep onsite.
