We are a family owned business that is owned and operated by a 13 year old. We focus on the client experience, ensuring that we make your event process simple and enjoyable. No job is too big or too small for our team. We are also a member of a larger hospitality group that allows our company to solve more than one problem for you so you only have to work with a single vendor for all your rentals.

    Working with EZ Event Rentals has been a game-changer for our events.     EZ Event Rentals was fantastic to work with! Their prices are very competitive and Elijah was quick to respond and get all of our chair rental needs situated for our wedding day! They were even able to help us switch a major part of our order the day before due to unforeseen circumstances at our venue. Delivery was right on time and pick up was also swift! We cover the core of most weddings: tents, tables, and chairs, plus the pieces that pull a space together. Chairs are our specialty, so whether you need 50 for a backyard ceremony or 300+ for a full reception, we've got you. Not sure what you need? Send us your guest count and venue and we'll put together a starting list.
Yes. We deliver, set up, and come back to pick everything up after your event, so you're not hauling chairs at midnight. Delivery and set up are additional to the rental items, and we're happy to quote events farther out.
For peak wedding season (May through October), we recommend booking 6-8 months out, especially if you need a tent. Off-season dates are usually more flexible, but inventory is first come, first served, so locking it in early is the safest move.
Can we see the rentals before we book? Absolutely. We can schedule a time for you to meet with our team and see chairs, tables, and samples in person. Just reach out to set up a time so our team can make sure you have a great experience.
We ask that the items are as clean as when we dropped them off in order to avoid additional cleaning fees. If items do need additional cleaning or are damaged out team will clearly communicate those additional fees.
