Our most booked 4-hour wedding photo booth is $1,100 and includes on-site 4x6 or 2x6 prints, custom print design, instant digital sharing, a post-event gallery, premium props if desired, premium backdrop options, and experienced attendants. We are not a basic drop-off booth or low-cost party rental. Because Zola inquiries require a paid response from our business, we kindly ask that you reach out only if our service level and pricing align with what you are looking for.

    Don’t hesitate book them!

    This photo booth was so much more than we were expecting! They had so many fun props that people loved and they kept everything organized and gorgeous throughout our wedding reception. The lighting in the booth was amazing and the photos turned out beautifully. Everyone loved their photos and had so much fun. Leading up to the day, Jessica was great to work with on scheduling and other logistics. Overall, we were incredibly impressed with CaptureME Photo Booth and would highly recommend for any event.

    They did a wonderful job for our wedding. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. They made sure almost everyone got a picture and helped fill our guestbook. The phone voicemail machine is also great.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Capture Me Photo Booth was absolutely WONDERFUL! We used Capture Me Photo Booth for Josh and Anja’s wedding, and I am so glad we did! We had the Photo Booth, 360 Video Booth, and Audio Guest Book, and all three added something completely different and special to the celebration. The 360 Video Booth was an absolute BLAST! Our guests had so much fun with it, and the videos are such a great way to relive all the laughter, dancing, and personalities from the night. The Photo Booth was a huge hit as well, and I absolutely LOVE that we now have all those fun pictures and memories to look back on. The Audio Guest Book may be one of my favorite keepsakes. There is something so special about being able to actually hear the voices, laughter, stories, and messages from the people who celebrated with Josh and Anja. Those recordings are something they will be able to treasure for years to come. ❤️ But I especially have to mention Jessica. From the very beginning, she basically held my hand through the entire process! 😂 There were so many choices to make, and half the time I wasn't even sure what I wanted or what would work best. Jessica patiently walked me through everything, offered suggestions, and helped me make great decisions. She took so much stress off my plate, and as the mother of the groom trying to juggle a million other wedding details, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! Everything came together beautifully, our guests had an amazing time, and these weren't just fun activities for the wedding—they gave Josh and Anja memories they can actually keep.     We had an outstanding experience with the Trading Card activation provided by CaptureME Photo Booth LLC at our Chef meeting. They traveled to Denver, CO for our event and delivered an exceptional experience. Our attendees were thrilled to receive their own personalized trading cards, complete with premium magnetic cases and holographic seals. The trading cards were custom designed to match our event theme and company branding, making them a unique and memorable keepsake for everyone who attended. One feature that was especially appreciated was the personal email link each attendee received, providing easy access to their digital trading cards after the event. Jessica, the owner, was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process. She was responsive, professional, and committed to ensuring every detail aligned with our vision. Absolutely! Every guest gets one 2×6 print per session, and your group can enjoy unlimited sessions—take as many photos as you like, as often as you like. For example, if a group of 5 takes a photo, all 5 receive their own print—no sharing required. Most vendors limit prints or charge extra for "UNLIMITED", but with CaptureME, there’s no cap on the fun. Want bigger keepsakes? Upgrade to 4×6, 5×7, or 6×8 prints for a small additional fee.
We require a 30% non-refundable booking fee for all services. Booking fees and a signed service agreement are due at time of booking to secure your date and removes it from our availability calendar. We accept all major credit cards, however we do not accept checks or net payments.
Here’s how our cancellation and postponement policy works: Your booking fee is non-refundable and secures your event date and time. Cancellations: 61+ days before your event — 50% of the total balance is due. 46–60 days before — 75% of the total balance is due. 45 days or less — 100% of the total balance is due. These fees help cover lost opportunities when your date is released. Postponements (pending availability); $100 rebooking fee. The new date must be confirmed within 7 days. Any eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and subject to a 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee when payment was paid through a credit card.
To ensure a seamless experience, each booth requires a designated area with adequate space and ceiling clearance: 📸 Glam & Standard Photo Booth • w/o Props: Minimum 12×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling • props: Minimum 16×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling 🎥 360 Video Booth • w/o props: Minimum 12×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling • Props: Minimum 20×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling 🤖 AI • Minimum 12×12 ft with a 9 ft ceiling A dedicated electrical outlet (3 prong, 110 V, 10 amps) within 25 feet of an electrical outlet in required. Placement of all equipment must be indoors on a solid, level surface with the backdrop (when used) placed against a wall.
CaptureME Photo Booth, LLC maintains active business liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. Our coverage includes a per-occurrence limit of $2,000,000 and an annual aggregate limit of $4,000,000. If the Client requests coverage beyond these limits, any associated increase in insurance premiums or administrative fees will be added to their invoice and are the Client’s sole financial responsibility.
We require an indoor or fully enclosed placement for our photo booth services. Outdoor set ups must be approved in advance and are not guaranteed. Our equipment is high-end and highly sensitive to environmental conditions. Direct sun, heat, wind, and rain can not only damage our gear but also compromise the quality of your images—overexposure, overheating, and unpredictable lighting are just a few of the risks. And when night falls, our LED screens and studio lights become instant magnets for bugs. Rain is a no. If you're planning an outdoor event, we’re happy to explore covered or tented options that meet our technical requirements.
