A Wooden Wedding & Events is a woman-owned rental company in Spokane Valley, WA, run by owners Kelsey and Jeff. We specialize in handcrafted wood: geometric arbors for your ceremony, giant lawn games and decor, all built to look beautiful in your photos. Our game packages include 3 to 7 handcrafted games, and every rental includes setup and teardown by our team. Add a cross, triangle or hexagon arbor to any game package for $149, or rent one on its own for $249. Delivery is a flat $99 within 50 miles, and we serve Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Eastern Washington and North Idaho. If you want rentals that feel premium and a team that handles the work, we would love to hear about your day.

Browse the inventory, add items to your wishlist, and submit it with your event date. We'll email you a quote and contract. Your date is reserved with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable booking fee; the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.
Delivery is a $99 flat fee anywhere within 50 miles of 99037 — for any number of products. Outside 50 miles? We'll include a custom delivery quote with your order.
We're based in Spokane Valley, WA and deliver up to 75 miles, including Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Newport, Deer Park, Cheney, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Blanchard, Priest River, and Sandpoint. Additional fees can apply based on rental amount, location, venue restrictions, and drop-off/pick-up times — tell us about any special circumstances.
Standard drop-off is mid-morning the day of your event (unless your venue requires otherwise). Pickup is about 4 hours after your event start time — by then most outdoor pieces are done for the night, and we can pack up discreetly while you finish the party. Need more time? We'll quote it.
Our pieces are large and handmade, so all rentals are delivery-only — that's how we make sure everything arrives intact and on time.
As soon as you know your date. Reserving early locks your items (no one else can rent them), gets you the best price, and checks a big item off your list. We have a large inventory, but popular dates and pieces go first.
Absolutely — just keep pieces placed safely and never leave them outside overnight or in poor weather (rain, snow, hail, heavy wind). Weather damage can incur a repair/replacement fee.
We keep a card on file during your rental. Damaged items are charged at repair cost, or five times the rental cost if a piece is unrepairable. Best advice: treat our pieces like you're borrowing them right before your best friend's event.
