For full service catering, there is no delivery fee. For delivery with setup only and self-serve buffet, there is a $95 delivery fee with setup within the Phoenix and Scottsdale metro and neighboring cities. If you live outside the service area, there is an additional fee that we will quote based on the city where your event is taking place.
Yes, our event minimum is $300 for all weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for $65/person to include up to 7 dishes. If you sign a contract with us, we waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 to 3 times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount, and this can be done over the phone, in person or via email. A second meeting in person to tour the venue and go over final venue and wedding logistics. We recommend a 3rd time 2-3 weeks before the wedding to go over final head count, changes to venue details and start time. We are available by phone and email throughout the process so never hesitate to contact us any time. We want to ensure you are completely comfortable with the catering portion before your wedding day.
We can offer help with rentals by referring you to one of our preferred vendors. On occasion, we have coordinated rentals directly with the vendor and added the total rental fees to our invoice.
For spring and fall weddings, we recommend at least 4 months in advance.
We serve all of Phoenix and Scottsdale metro and surrounding area. Additional fees apply outside those areas.
Yes, we can customize gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free and custom diet menu options.
We cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests as part of our full service fee.
