Chef Sasha

Sasha realized at a very young age that she truly possessed a love and passion for cooking. Growing up in an extremely large family she had no other choice but to learn how to cook. Sasha always had a passion for food and cooking but never thought to make it a career. After journeying through life and several successful career paths, Sasha began to reflect on those moments of absolute happiness. Which in turn led her back to school to pursue & obtain a Culinary Degree in 2016. Sasha graduated at the top of her class and continued to push to higher heights.

My mission is to not just provide clients with delicious food and exceptional service, but create an unforgettable culinary experience. Our motto is " It's not just Food, It's an Experience. It's our attention to detail, customization and dedication to each individual client that sets up apart from others.

    Sasha is the best

    The team was helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, answering every question and making sure we felt confident in our choices. On the big day, their food was absolutely delicious and became the highlight of our reception—our guests wouldn't stop talking about it! What really stood out was how kind the staff was to us and our guests. They went out of their way to help make the day run smoothly, handling all the details so we could focus on celebrating. The set up was gorgeous with the personal touches to make it match our wedding decor! We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience and would highly recommend Sophisticated Palate Catering to any couple looking for outstanding food and service.

    Wonderful!!

    Sophisticated Palate Catering did an outstanding job catering for our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and received so many compliments from guests. Sasha and her team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was easy to communicate with, responsive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a memorable experience truly showed in every aspect of the event.
