Chef Sasha, thanks so much for everything! My engagement party guests of 170 RAVED about the food! Chef Sasha and team showed up and worked the kitchen ensuring everything we discussed prior was prepared to perfection. She even customized and decorated the buffet tables according to my theme. We had an engagement brunch featuring shrimp and grits, chicken & waffles, eggs, french toast (my fav!), potatoes and more. My fiance LOVED the fresh tropical punch Sasha included in our package. He couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. She left our kitchen clean as if she didn’t cook anything onsite and we were grateful for that. Thanks Chef Sasha for showing up & showing out. We appreciate your professionalism, enthusiasm and talent.

Amazing Experience!

We hired Sophisticated Palate Catering for our micro-wedding and it was wonderful. I think the fan favorite were the jerk chicken plantain cups, but everything was super delicious!! They decorated the area very nicely as well and were great to work with! Chef Sasha responded very quickly to all the questions I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any private dinner needs! Thank you for everything Chef Sasha!!

The team was helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process, answering every question and making sure we felt confident in our choices. On the big day, their food was absolutely delicious and became the highlight of our reception—our guests wouldn't stop talking about it! What really stood out was how kind the staff was to us and our guests. They went out of their way to help make the day run smoothly, handling all the details so we could focus on celebrating. The set up was gorgeous with the personal touches to make it match our wedding decor!
