Chef Sasha

Sasha realized at a very young age that she truly possessed a love and passion for cooking. Growing up in an extremely large family she had no other choice but to learn how to cook. Sasha always had a passion for food and cooking but never thought to make it a career. After journeying through life and several successful career paths, Sasha began to reflect on those moments of absolute happiness. Which in turn led her back to school to pursue & obtain a Culinary Degree in 2016. Sasha graduated at the top of her class and continued to push to higher heights.

My mission is to not just provide clients with delicious food and exceptional service, but create an unforgettable culinary experience. Our motto is " It's not just Food, It's an Experience. It's our attention to detail, customization and dedication to each individual client that sets up apart from others.

We can’t say enough good things about Chef Sasha! From the very beginning, she was so helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. She was always quick to respond to our questions and made the planning process so much easier, which we really appreciated! Chef Sasha catered four meals throughout our wedding weekend, and every single one was a 10/10! Everything was delivered on time, at the perfect temperature, and ready for our guests to enjoy. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our family and friends all weekend long for having good wedding food. When you’re planning a wedding weekend with so many moving pieces, having someone you can depend on makes all the difference. It was such a relief knowing we didn’t have to worry about the food because Chef Sasha had everything handled. We’re so grateful for everything she did to help make our wedding weekend special.

Chef Sasha & her team…AMAZING!
Working with Sophisticated Palate Catering was a seamless experience from day one. Chef Sasha was very responsive to all questions and requests in the planning process. On our wedding day, she treated us like family; making sure we were well taken care of and our food was hot and delicious. Her staff was kind and professional and the service was excellent. Now for the food: everything was delicious! We are still receiving compliments from our wedding guests about her food. I highly recommend Sophisticated Palate Catering!

Amazing service and food!
I found Sophisticated Palate while searching for catering for my wedding on 9/7/26. I was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of Chef Sasha to my emails. There were so many options to choose from, and they all sounded delicious! For my wedding, I had fresh fruit, cheese & cracker platter, glazed meatball skewers, and jerk chicken plantain cups for the cocktail hour. My husband and I were determined to especially eat the jerk chicken plantain cups after photos. Luckily, Chef Sasha made sure there was some of each hors d’oeuvre waiting for us. Wow! Everything was flavorful and impressive! The fruit was a wide array of grapes, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, etc. The hot hors d’oeuvres were both better than I imagined. There was also a mixed greens salad, which impressed me. No iceberg lettuce here! For dinner, we had garlic and herb roasted chicken, braised beef ribs (which were an upcharge but so worth it), lemon parmesan asparagus, and roasted potatoes. Absolutely delicious as well! Chef Sasha even made plates for my husband and I, so we did not have to stand in the buffet line. After dinner, I mingled with each table (small wedding), and everyone was raving about the food. Some guests were asking for the name of the catering company for potential future use. I was so happy my guests enjoyed the food, too. I hope my photographer got pictures of the buffet because Chef Sasha brought her own decorations to make it more elegant. It was so pretty. At the end, the leftovers were wrapped up and left to the side for us. I requested catering in January, so I had been waiting months for this food, excited to try it. It exceeded my expectations. The professionalism was top-tier, communication was excellent, and the kindest employees serving my guests. Thank you for leaving a lasting impression on me, my husband, and our guests.

Book Sophisticated Palate!
Chef Sasha, thanks so much for everything! My engagement party guests of 170 RAVED about the food! Chef Sasha and team showed up and worked the kitchen ensuring everything we discussed prior was prepared to perfection. She even customized and decorated the buffet tables according to my theme. We had an engagement brunch featuring shrimp and grits, chicken & waffles, eggs, french toast (my fav!), potatoes and more. My fiance LOVED the fresh tropical punch Sasha included in our package. He couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. She left our kitchen clean as if she didn’t cook anything onsite and we were grateful for that. Thanks Chef Sasha for showing up & showing out. We appreciate your professionalism, enthusiasm and talent.

Amazing Experience!
We hired Sophisticated Palate Catering for our micro-wedding and it was wonderful. I think the fan favorite were the jerk chicken plantain cups, but everything was super delicious!! They decorated the area very nicely as well and were great to work with! Chef Sasha responded very quickly to all the questions I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for any private dinner needs! Thank you for everything Chef Sasha!!
