Scoop & Fizz

Scoop & Fizz officially debuts its custom mobile trailer in March 2027. We are currently accepting advance bookings for 2027 weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Reserve your date early to lock in inaugural season pricing! Scoop & Fizz is a premium ice cream, soda, and coffee trailer based in Temecula. We specialize in elevated dessert and espresso experiences specifically designed for destination winery weddings and high-end private events.

Our setup is unique: we serve upscale dessert items such as hand-crafted sundaes (like our signature Creme Brûlée or Grandma’s Cake Sundaes), authentic dirty sodas, and an array of artisanal affogatos, as well as a full menu of expertly made espresso drinks.

    The best I ever had!

    Wedding on the horizon, so we did a tasting to check out the offering. I'm the kind of guy who has to try to find an old fashioned malted milk wherever I go and wow...the chocolate malt whipped up for me was out of this world! I consider myself a malted milk expert and this was the best I ever had...I'm a happy person after this wonderful tasting.

    So delicious!

    We had a tasting and it was so fun, and so delicious. The Grandmas Cake sundae was to die for, and the Dulce de Leche affogato was amazing.
