Nimita’s Cuisine offers some of the most exquisite vegetarian dishes from our world cuisine for auspicious celebrations, such as weddings. We believe in elegance accompanied with exquisiteness, where we aim to capture the guests’ palates with unforgettable flavors and colors. We can also assist you with decoration, dancers and artists that you wish to include on your auspicious occasion. We thrive with Intercultural and gender preference based unions since this is where our fusion skills come into play.

Menus are created based on the guests of honors’ most favorite memories of culinary repertoires and then offered in celebration to the witnessing guests. Buffet or platted options are available. All vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian options are available in order to appease all tastes. My passion has led me to create my own company, Nimita’s Cuisine, which offers weekly deliveries to private individuals. I also actively supports the Meatless Monday campaign and am committed to bring this awareness to my local community.
