Marsh Hen Grazing

My name is Betty White (yes, really!) and I am the proud owner of Marsh Hen Grazing. I was born in Daytona Beach, Florida and still spend a lot of my time there! It was in the summer of 2018 that I discovered my love of charcuterie, in the incredible open markets of Croatia. I was amazed by the hanging cured meats, the handmade cheeses, the wild truffles: all of it local, treated with care, and served at the right time, with the right accompaniments, with the right company (and preferably with the right wine!). Travel inspired my love for artisanal grazing boards, and I’ve brought that passion home to Jacksonville Beach.

Marsh Hen specializes in small gatherings, large parties, showers, weddings, corporate retreats…any event that could use that special something extra. We’re available for your next gathering or special event anywhere on the east coast between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach. I can’t wait to make you the board of your dreams!
