We are not your average catering or bartending service, we bring to your event an unforgettable experience for your guests. Whether it’s our bottomless charcuterie event service or our 5 ft mobile bar and signature cocktails, your party will be a conversation piece for a long time. We source our charcuterie local and organic when possible. It is very important to us that we support other small local businesses. You can find us on Facebook & Instagram. We also wanted to let you know we are registered & insured.

We are not your typical charcuterie company, we take hygiene very seriously and making sure food is extra fresh, serving on a personal plate to ensure no one else touched your food, oppose to one very big graze table where flies lands on and other guest possibly touches your food.

Graze & Go PDX was an excellent choice for our wedding happy hour. From the start, Simona was very friendly and answered all of my questions promptly and replying to my email the same day. On the day of the wedding, the Graze & Go team arrived early and were incredibly professional. My guests were so impressed with the beautiful charcuterie cart they set up - it had a great variety of delicious, fresh cheeses and meats and fresh fruits. I love the idea of a mobile cart instead of a big table, as it kept the food more hygienic and visually appealing. The cart was such a hit, with many guests asking for Graze & Go's information. Simona and her team truly helped make our special day even more memorable.

My daughter asked me to be in charge with happy hour after the ceremony. I found Simona the owner of Graze & Go PDX on facebook and she game me more info and how the Charcuterie Cart works and just love how mobil it is and we had the option to pick from the menu. It’s very affordable and briliant. My daughter love it and so does the guest! Very fresh and adorable decorated bites. I already mentioned about Simona and her company to my friends.

My husband and I wanted to get some finger food/appetizers and came across Graze & Go PDX and we instantly thought what an excellent idea! We are so impressed how Simona was so professional but still friendly and very responsive and great communication. The charcuterie cart was a hoot and everyone was so pleased and let’s not forget the delicious bites pared with wine! I will most likely recommend Simona with Graze & Go PDX to anyone and any event! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
