Owner & Culinary Director

Food is our love language. We have been doing this for a long time, and believe in the power of food to bring people together. Quality, craft, beautiful, delicious food is our goal every time. We work with incredible partners who provide us with top tier produce, seafood, beef, chicken, eggs and dairy. These intentional choices contribute to the menus we create and the dishes we deliver.

Our focus is fresh, local, seasonal cuisine that reflects your favourite culinary options. We love what we do, and want your guests to be dazzled by the menu we’ve curated for your event. Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner for your closets people, or planning the wedding of the year, we work to create a menu that truly meets the moment.

Sample catered weddings

These two are avid travelers, and have spent a great deal of time in Italy. Kaitlyn also spent a year abroad after undergrad, studying art in Florence. We married their love for Italy with Mediterranean flair and a few French twists!

    Joanna Rensing Bailey is a thief. Hired her to do our wedding - after we did the tasting, realized the food was almost inedible, no taste, and she didn't bring one main dish that would actually be on our menu. Had a refundable deposit that Joanna said she would give back to us and confirmed it was sent, but then ghosted us and are now in a legal battle. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
