Mark Dowling
After spending 25 years in the hospitality industry, Owner, Mark Dowling, felt there was a disconnect between presentation and quality in the catering world, a gap he was determined to bridge. Inspired by the challenge, fueled by his entrepreneurial mindset, and motivated by the power of great food, Mark opened the doors to Courtney’s Catering in 2000.
Courtney's Catering has been family owned and operated since 2000. We pride ourselves in customer service and delicious food made from scratch locally sourced if possible. We cater to the Austin and surrounding areas for 25 years!

BBQ at Reception
Working with Courtney's Catering was such a smooth process from start to finish. Their team answered our questions quickly and made coordinating tastings so easy, plus they were genuinely kind about handling our guests' allergies. The BBQ they served was exactly what we wanted—top notch and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and honestly it was a huge hit.
