Yes, our event minimum 50 people.
We have a really hot, commercial brick oven (750 degrees) that cooks 6 pizzas at a time in about 4 minutes. We recently catered a wedding for 240 guests with no waiting.
You get to custom tailor your menu with a total of 6 choices of pizza (3 of our specialty pies, and 3 of our regular pies)
We are fully licensed and insured. We work directly with any venue to give them the documentation that they need. They will usually also require a certificate of insurance listing them as "additionally insured" which we can easily provide (usually the same day).
We have "ad-ons" besides the pizza experience for an additional per person charge such as Cesar Salad, non-alcoholic drinks, Breadstick Appetizer Extravaganza, and our First Class Desserts (creme brulete, chocolate mousse, and our seasonal cobbler pizzas)
Because pizza is ALWAYS a good idea! Why not increase your guest list without compromising on elegance, beauty and charm! People absolutely love our pizza experience. We truly are "A Slice Above the Rest"!
We provide 6 pizza choices, all you can eat, buffet style served on elegant buffet tables. We provide all the plates, napkins, utensils, and set up and breakdown of our pizza truck and serving tables.
No worries! Many times we will park some distance between where the pizza is actually cooked and where it is actually served. We simply have cheerful runners keep the buffet table fully stocked with mouthwatering pizza.
