We are Tim and Lauren York, the owners and creators behind Neon Palm Ice. We love when fresh simple ingredients are paired in a way that creates an elevated experience. We make our hand crafted Italian Ice with just that: real fruit, organic cane sugar, and purified water, but in a way that makes even the simple ingredients an exciting experience. We hope you enjoy our Italian Ice as much as we did creating it.

We make our product using only real fresh ingredients and nothing artificial. Tim has a background in mixology and creates each flavor profile with balanced yet complexity and Lauren is a designer who knew that the delivery had to be just as good as the product itself. Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free. We create elevated “mocktail” inspired flavors that are refreshing and delicious.
