MERRITT’S BAKERY, as you see it today, is the sum of years of trial and error, mistakes, corrections, and almost constant attempts at improving. Improvements in product quality, sales, profits, working conditions, and most of all the bakery’s image and reputation. Although we have learned to make many fancy cakes & pastries, we are (as most of our staff are) just regular folks from the North and West sides of Tulsa who have made a wonderful career of making treats for the town we love!
