Hardlybar is a mobile dry bar service that operates in Tulsa, Oklahoma, along with its surrounding areas. Whether you are envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand event, we specialize in bringing your ideas to life. Our expert services are tailored to suit a variety of occasions, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for all.

We offer a number of bar package services ranging from beer & wine service, signature cocktails, to a completely custom bar package for your event. Our team will be responsible for providing everything needed EXCEPT for the alcohol. Due to OK law our clients are required to purchase and transport the alcohol for their event. Do not worry! We will create you a custom shopping list so you know exactly what to get for a successful event. We pride ourselves in being an affordable bar option for your special day!

    FUN AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE

    Abby, with Hardlybar, was so great, everyone enjoyed her, and she made it so we were able to relax and mingle with everyone at the party. Took a lot of stress off of us. Highly recommend!

We recommend booking out 3 months in advance so we can make sure we are able to fully staff your event. You may book out as close as 30 days before your event.
We are based out of the Tulsa, OK area but are available to travel to the OKC area as needed. Contact us to see if we can come to you!
Dry bartending simply put means we are a mobile bar service providing everything EXCEPT for the alcohol
Yes, Hardlybar has general and liability insurance! Should your event space have special requirements for us to operate send us an email at info@hardlybar.com

In order to reserve your date and time, we will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Your date will not be reserved until we have received the deposit.
After the deposit is paid and your event has been reserved you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. If you have booked within 30 days of your event the full balance may be required at that time.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel the event over 90 days in advance, no extra fee. If canceled between 60-30 days before, you'll pay 50% of the remaining balance. Canceling within 30 days means you owe the full balance.
