I stepped away from my role as a head pastry chef in professional kitchens to dedicate more time to my growing sons. Baking has always been my passion, and after nearly five years away from it, I made the decision to launch my own cottage food bakery, allowing me to pursue what I love most. I aspire to open a dedicated cakery in the western suburbs in the near future. I believe there is a need for a cake shop that emphasizes both the visual appeal and the taste of its products in the area. My goal is to provide this service and add a touch of sweetness to everyone’s day.

I prioritize high-quality ingredients while being mindful of budget constraints, and I strive to create options that align with your financial plan without compromising on flavor. I prefer desserts that are not overly sweet, which is reflected in my baked goods. Many clients have expressed their love for my buttercream, noting that it strikes the right balance without excessive sweetness.
