    beyond impressed!

    Chef Yessie was a dream to work with! From first approaching her, to our tasting, and of course - our wedding day - she was responsive and diligent in her communication. She was always open to receive feedback and share updates. You can tell her attention to detail is unmatched, both in how to runs her business but also in her amazing and delicious creations. We were so pleased with the variety of cake and dessert options that we were able to choose from for our wedding day. And not only that but the beauty of each of them! The detail work and craftmanship was gorgeous - every guest commented on them! And then of course, the flavors! Delicious! To have beautiful and tasty desserts is perfection. The venue team commented numerous times on how great the set-up and presentation looked and Chef Yessie even set aside desserts to ensure we could enjoy them! We were so impressed with the quality of everything and highly recommend C3 Confections to anyone! Her talent is truly amazing and we are so grateful to her for making our wedding day complete!

    Yessie is amazing!!

    From our first tasting with Yessie at C3 Confections, we knew we had found the right baker for our wedding. She crafted tiny detailed cakes for each flavor we sampled, which showed just how much care she puts into her work. Our final cake was stunning and fit our theme perfectly, and guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything tasted—people wanted seconds and thirds! Yessie's communication was efficient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, and she clearly went above and beyond to make our dessert table special. We're so grateful for her passion and attention to detail, and we're already planning to use her for future celebrations.

    Our wedding cake

    Delicious & Beautiful Wedding Cake

    Yessie was amazing to work with! She was kind, professional, and knew exactly how to bring our wedding cake vision to life. We chose the carrot cake, and it was a huge hit — the whole family loved it! The cake was incredibly fresh, moist, and perfectly paired with the brown sugar buttercream. Every bite was delicious. Yessie also did a beautiful job decorating the cake, and she even delivered it to the Airbnb where we were staying, which made everything so easy and stress-free for our elopement.
