    Our wedding cake

On the wedding day, she drove over an hour early to set up the cake, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during an already hectic morning. The cake itself was stunning and tasted even better than it looked, with layers that stayed incredibly moist and flavorful.     Delicious & Beautiful Wedding Cake

    Yessie was amazing to work with! She was kind, professional, and knew exactly how to bring our wedding cake vision to life. We chose the carrot cake, and it was a huge hit — the whole family loved it! The cake was incredibly fresh, moist, and perfectly paired with the brown sugar buttercream. Every bite was delicious. Yessie also did a beautiful job decorating the cake, and she even delivered it to the Airbnb where we were staying, which made everything so easy and stress-free for our elopement.     Wedding cake 2026

    We had an incredible experience working with C3 Confections for our wedding desserts.     Blown away! Stunning and tasty!

    We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding baker! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely incredible. The tasting experience was super easy and stunning. Our traditional tiered cake was stunning, elegant, beautifully crafted, and topped with sugar flowers that were so realistic that I genuinely thought they were fake at first. The level of detail and artistry was beyond anything we imagined. I had tears in my eyes when I saw her bring in the cake. What truly set our baker apart, though, was her willingness to take on something completely unique. We asked for a “bleeding armadillo” cake inspired by Steel Magnolias (not exactly a typical wedding request but if you know, you know) and even though she wasn’t familiar with it, she absolutely nailed it! Not only did it look fantastic, but it was also delicious and a huge hit with our guests. After the tasting, we requested that the red velvet be a little darker for the effect of the bleeding armadillo from the movie. Again, she surpassed our expectations. Her creativity, skill, and dedication made our wedding desserts are truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who can deliver both classic elegance and fun, personalized designs, we wholeheartedly recommend her!
