At Pasteles y Más (pronouced pa•steh•luhs ee mahs) we blend bold Mexican and American sabores , while using fresh and high quality ingredients by crafting edible art that ignites your taste buds. I have experience in working at bakeries and high end resturants wth great leaders and chefs. After becoming a mamá during Covid my world shifted, both professionally and (personal information protected by Zola) resulted in me to take a leap of faith and open my business and make pasteles and postres my way.

I have learned that cakes can look beautiful but what matters is the taste. I have worked on recipes to ensure that you and your loved one enjoy each bite of your cake. I am dedicated to making my products with fresh and high quality ingredients. Inspired by both Mexican and American childhood snacks, along with bold flavors I have discovered along the way of my pastry journey.

Yes, I do offer custom buttercream designs. I also work with edible gold, modeling chocolate, and wafer paper.
Delivery is an additional charge and fees vary for the location of the venue.
At the current moment I do not. I am an at-home bakery working under the Texas Cottage Food Law. Even though I work from my home kitchen I do have my Food Handlers Permit and Insurance.
Since I work from a home kitchen I do like to host the cake tastings in a mutual location, which are coffee shops with private rooms. You can't go wrong with coffee and cake. At the moment the coffee shops where I had cake tastings in have been Herb's Coffee+ Co , Union Coffee and Native Coffee + co. I understand that life can get busy and I also offer tastings to go. You can pick up a tasting box and enjoy it at the comfort of your home. Pick-up location is in Garland.
