Big Sugar Bakeshop opened in 2006 with the desire to become a friendly neighborhood bakery specializing in American-style baked goods and custom cakes. We continue the tradition today by offering childhood favorites and baking everything from scratch using the finest ingredients. We still crack cage-free eggs, our dairy comes from a local provider who treats their cows humanely. We now offer vegan and gluten-free options using the same fine ingredients. We use imported chocolate from Belgium and France and yes, you can most definitely taste the difference.
