Hi, I’m Anjali, the baker behind the cakes at Ruby Begonias in upstate New York. What started as a lifelong love of baking became the foundation for our restaurant’s dessert program, where my cakes quickly became a signature part of the experience.
My work is inspired by my multicultural background and my background as an artist/painter, with a strong focus on flavor, texture, balance, and detail. Every cake and dessert is made from scratch using real whole locally-sourced ingredients and designed to taste just as memorable as it looks.
