We are a team of talented Pastry Chefs and Cake decorators. We provide desserts, occasion cakes and Weddings cakes to Hotels, resturants and catering companies. We create long lasting relationships with customers. It starts with your first order of cakes or desserts.

Alliance Bakery is a custom cake shop and French pastry shop. We do not have standard cake designs. Skys the limit on your design. We'll work with you on your budget and your idea. Classic french pastries are based on classic teniques, full flavor and high quality ingredients.

    The Perfect Wedding Cake

    Alliance was so easy to work with and created a truly gorgeous and delicious wedding cake. The at-home tasting was a fun little date night, and the ordering process was seamless. On our wedding day everything arrived exactly as planned, and our cake was absolutely stunning and everyone loved it. Already counting down the days to eat the piece we have stashed in the freezer for our first anniversary!

    Best wedding cake!

    We got so many compliments on our wedding cake with a lot of people grabbing seconds! Alliance was easy to work with and we had several people say it was the best wedding cake they had ever had!

    Lovely cake

    Alliance bakery was very easy to work with. They were responsive, kind, and patient. The cake tasting was so fun and I love that we got to do it at home with the cake tasting kit. Everyone at the wedding loved the cake and it was beautiful!

    Easy Choice

    Alliance created the most beautiful, delicious cake for us. The decoration was precisely what I asked for, and it was beautifully and carefully executed. It was delicious! If you're worried about selecting a baker, I really think you'll be pleased with Alliance.
