This is our base package! Airstream set-up within the Roaring Fork Valley, 4 hours of service, 1 bartender, basic well cocktails. Well Drink Examples: Gin & tonic, Vodka & soda, Whiskey & coke, Tom Collins, etc.

The Roaring Fork

Description

The Colorado + 2 signature cocktails, basic mixers for additional well drinks. Signature Cocktail Examples: Mahattan, Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Bee's Knees, Whiskey Sour, Spicy Margarita, Negroni, etc.

    Woody Creek Distillers was a fantastic wedding bar services and beverages vendor to work with. They were very easy to communicate with and took care of everything I needed leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Their team was extremely helpful and professional, contributing to the overall success of our special day. The quality of their work and service was excellent, and they really went above and beyond to ensure our bar and beverage needs were met. Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance to make sure your date is still available!
To make sure you and your partner have nothing to worry about on your big day, our team includes all fees in your invoice and contract to be upfront about all costs. We do not expect our bartenders to be tipped onsite as we include a gratuity fee in your invoice. Of course, additional tips are accepted, but by no means expected or required.
Pretty much everything EXCEPT for alcohol and glassware are included in our pricing. Each package has different options of what you can expect regarding drink service. Our team is happy to work with you to support in creating an alcohol shopping list (with recommended quantities) as well as support with renting glassware if needed.
