The Paloma Bar

Description

Our signature bar, The Paloma is a vintage horse trailer converted into a mobile bar with a stunning appearance. With a modern, elegant aesthetic and service capacity of 150, our Paloma is our go-to bar to elevate your event experience.

The Manhattan or The Collins Bar

Description

Our classic table bars, The Manhattan and The Collins bars are traditional 6-ft bar set-ups that are the perfect choice when you have an indoor venue, when you have a smaller guest count, or when you need an additional bar to combine with another to accommodate more guests. Both bars can serve up to 75 guests and, matching our Paloma Bar, they share that modern, elegant aesthetic your guests will love and remember.

Micro Event Package

Description

Looking for something more intimate? Our Micro Event Package is for those who want something more scaled but still want to offer an elevated bar service for their guests. This bar service is perfect for Private Dinners, Poolside Parties, and for those who are more budget conscious. Maximum guest count is 20 people for this package.

Beach Bonfire Package

Description

Whether you’re ushering in your wedding weekend with a Beach Bonfire Welcome Party for your guests or celebrating another special occasion, we can bring the bar to you. Reach out to us to discuss details of our Beach Bonfire package.

    You can't go wrong with The Wandering Spirit team!

    Everyone is so friendly, professional and accommodating. It was the highlight of our wedding and so many guests raved about the drinks. I highly recommend adding on the alcohol concierge because they can return unused alcohol and it takes the stress off of you and you can just enjoy your event!

    Highly recommend!

    Not wedding related, but we used The Wandering Spirit for our grand opening at Salty Marlin Realty, and it was a HUGE hit!! I’m convinced their drinks are some of the best I’ve ever had!! Katelyn truly has a gift for making the best concoctions and she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is so perfectly aesthetically pleasing as well. We were highly impressed!! Would especially use their services at a wedding and will continue to use them for all of our future events.

    Amazing!

    The team at the wandering spirit is top notch and so easy to work with! They work with you, change things(if needed) and explain things to you 100% of the way to help meet your needs! I have now done two big engagement parties with them and been to a few wedding with them as the bar service! I recommend them for your special day and events!

    The Wandering Spirit is the perfect addition to any event you are looking to have! With their amazing crafted cocktails, cute trailer setup, and fun staff...be ready to have a good time! You won't be disappointed!

While we cannot legally provide alcohol for your event due to Florida laws and regulations, we will give you a detailed alcohol purchase guide with exact amounts, bottle sizes, types, and suggestions for you to purchase. We also offer an Alcohol Concierge service in which all purchases and returns are arranged on your behalf. All you have to do is provide your payment information and show up for your event!
Our Alcohol Concierge is a third-party service we work with that will handle all alcohol purchases for your event based on our recommended guide. Payment is facilitated directly through them, and they will even return all unused alcohol eligible for a return and refund. This service is perfect for those who want to be more hands-off. All you have to do is just show up to your event!
If you are/are partnering with a Nonprofit Organization, we can offer a cash bar for your event through a special temporary liquor license reserved only for bona fide 501c3 Organizations; however, in the State of Florida, we cannot legally charge for any alcoholic drinks.
While we are based in Panama City, FL, we often travel to surrounding areas such as 30A, Apalachicola, and beyond. All travel beyond 60 miles round trip will incur a small cost to cover the cost of travel. Have a long-distance venue in mind? Reach out to us and we’d be happy to discuss.
Absolutely. We craft all of our drinks with mocktail variations in mind, so we can easily accommodate those who want something alcohol-free. We also offer a Non-Alcoholic beverage service add-on that includes soft drinks and bottled water for consumption for the duration of your event.
Our Paloma horse trailer bar requires flat ground for set-up and service and clear access to load in/out and park with a full-sized vehicle. We will need to be within 75 feet of a 120-volt standard outlet for power. If your venue does not have access to an outlet, we can add our Invertor (quiet) Generator for an additional cost.
Yes, we have both general and liquor liability insurance. If your venue has any questions, we’d be happy to discuss specifics with them.
To ensure we properly plan for your event, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We accept cash, personal check, credit cards, and ACH bank payments through our booking platform.
Should you need to refund or cancel your event, your full deposit, minus $200 admin cost, will be refunded with 90+ days' cancellation notice from your original event date. 50% of your deposit, minus $200 admin cost, will be refunded with 61-89 days' cancellation notice and, due to high booking demand, any payment made with 60 days or less notice from the original event date cannot be refunded.
We love to serve at all types of events. Our most popular events are private events that include weddings, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, beach bonfires, poolside parties, and more. For public events, it is the responsibility of the client to secure necessary permitting and any cash bar must run through a bona fide Nonprofit/501c3 Organization per the state of Florida liquor laws.
Our Paloma horse trailer bar is 10’10” in length, 7’ in width, and 7’8” tall. Our Manhattan Bar is 6’ long and 2’ deep. Our Collins Bar is 4.5’ long and 2’ deep.
We understand things come up with events, which is why we do not charge a rescheduling fee to move your event date; however, due to high booking demand, we may not be able to accommodate your new date, and the refund policy will still be in place based on the original booking date.
