About The Gab Cab
Gabby Pandolfo
The Gab Cab is your newest mobile bar housed in a vintage Volkswagen bus! I spent the past year transforming my Volkswagen T2 into a fully functional bar. We are a dry hire service, so you provide the alcohol and we handle everything else. All mixers for cocktails and mocktails are hand made, in our commercial kitchen, using only organic and natural ingredients. Don’t drink? Not a problem! We can operate strictly as a mobile mocktail service option!
Our bus is a custom, unique, focal point that effortlessly elevates any event. We’re not your typical pop up mobile bar. We’re a piece of history, bringing an antique car back to life to serve your special event.

The essentials package
Starting at $25 per person Up to 4 hours of beverage service. -Pre-event bar consultation, testing, and alcohol shopping list -ServSafe and TIPS certified bartender -Liquor liability insurance -All required permits and licenses -Disposable cups, napkins, straws, ice and coolers -Bar tools and equipment -Complete set up and breakdown -Printed bar menu -Your choice of 3 of our signature mixers -Water station -Basic garnishes *Does not include alcohol*
The premium package
Starting at $30 per person Up to 4 hours of beverage service. Includes all services offered in “The Essentials Package” with the addition of: -1 additional custom made mixer for your event -Enhanced garnishes -Custom bar decor *Does not include alcohol*
