Can I book you last minute??

Yes! As long as we are not already booked, we will be there! Reach out to us ASAP.

Question 3

Are you a dry hire? What does this mean?

We are. You buy the alcohol, we use it to make drinks. We are selling our bartending services, not alcohol.

Question 4

**TIP MINIMUM** Is gratuity included, or should I tip the bartenders?

Your choice! To ensure our bartenders are taken care of we have a $200 “tip minimum”, which means if we have a tip jar and the bartender doesn’t make $200 in tips through the event, the difference will be billed after the event. If you’d rather we not put a tip jar out, there is a $200 fee added that goes directly to the bartender.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, there is a $200 deposit to reserve a date; this deposit will go towards your total and is refundable until 30 days prior to your event.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All cancelations and refunds must be finalized no less than 30 days prior to the event for full refund of deposit. Cancelations within the 30 day window are accepted but the deposit becomes nonrefundable.

Are your bartenders licensed and certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have our TABC Pour Card and TN Food Handler. We’re also Cicerone Beer Server Certified, meaning we know and love our beers!

Do you have liquor liability insurance?

Yes, and general liability insurance.

Are you able to provide proof of insurance to venues if needed?

Absolutely.

How far in advance should I book your service?

As soon as possible to reserve the date; best case scenario is outside of a 30 day notice.

How much time do you need for setup and cleanup?

About an hour on either side, we’ll generally arrive an hour and a half early to ensure we are ready to roll once doors open.
