The Bitty Bean is a mobile coffee, cocktail, mocktail, and dirty soda bar serving Central Florida from our beautifully renovated horse trailer. We specialize in weddings, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings, offering handcrafted drinks, fresh baked treats, and bottled latte drop-offs. We’re fully licensed and insured, and our goal is to make every event memorable with great drinks and friendly service.

We believe every event should be as unique as the people celebrating it. By bundling coffee, cocktails, mocktails, dirty sodas, and desserts into one service, we make planning easier, more affordable, and bring your vision to life with a customized experience that’s uniquely yours.

Our trailer is self-contained and runs on an inverter generator unless power is available on-site. For the safest setup, we require a flat parking area. We use wheel chocks to secure the trailer, but if the setup location is on a significant incline, the trailer may need to remain connected to our truck. There is no propane, open flame, or fire used in the trailer, and all fresh and gray water is fully contained within our system. We also ask that clients send us a photo of the setup location before the event so we can plan accordingly and ensure we have everything needed for a smooth setup.
Yes! Our bottled lattes are a great option for bridal parties, corporate meetings, teacher appreciation events, welcome bags, party favors, or anyone who wants coffee ready to enjoy. We offer a variety of flavors and can substitute your preferred milk choice when possible. Bottled lattes stay fresh for 4–5 days when refrigerated. Simply give the bottle a good shake, then enjoy it straight from the bottle or poured over ice. We can deliver them the day of your event, the night before, or at another time that works best for you.
Absolutely! We love creating custom details that match your event. We design our menus and personalized bottle stickers to coordinate with your invitation, color palette, or overall theme. If you already have a specific vision, we’ll work to bring it to life as closely as possible. You can choose to keep the design a surprise until the day of your event, or we’ll send it to you beforehand for approval—whichever you prefer.

You might choose a smaller menu with a mix of coffee, signature lattes, cocktails, and a nonalcoholic option, or keep it simple with classic drip coffee and cold brew alongside a full bar. You can even have a traditional bar paired with custom “His & Hers” coffee drinks. Every menu is tailored to your event, so you can mix and match options to create the perfect experience for your guests.
Absolutely! For coffee, we proudly use locally roasted beans from Island Roaster. We provide everything needed for our coffee service and grind our beans fresh to ensure every cup is full of flavor. For bartending, clients provide the alcohol, which helps keep costs down and gives you the flexibility to serve exactly what you want. If you’re serving wine, we’re happy to connect you with our trusted wine representative at Feelgood Farms. They offer fresh, locally wines, and we love supporting fellow small businesses whenever we can. Once you’re booked, we’ll send you their information and help make the ordering process simple and stress-free.
