Co-Founder

My name is Zach Glassman. I'm a Certified Specialist of Wine and a Certified Sommelier. I've spent 15 years working inside the wine industry as a wine educator, beverage director, and more. I still get the same rush when I'm able to help people try something new that delights them. That moment their eyes go wide and they say "wait, what IS this?" is why I do what I do. I started Tastings with the Glass Man because wine is the most social thing on earth. It's the thing that gets people talking, laughing, and staying at the table longer than they planned to. The idea that I get to bring that energy to someone's wedding never gets old.

Most wedding bar services pour what's on the list. I build the list. I sit down with you before the wedding to learn what you love, what you're curious about, and what fits your menu and your budget; then I source every bottle myself. Curious about trying something new? I'll get it for you. Want to try something no one else can get? I'm your man. On the day of your wedding, I'm on the floor, reading the room, recommending pours, and making sure your guests are having the kind of night they talk about for years. Your guests get a wine experience led by someone who does this for a living — a bespoke experience built just for you.

The Toast

Price$1,500

Description

For the couple hosting at a venue that doesn't allow outside wine, The Toast is the way to go. The experience will still feel intentional - we'll work together to select the best available wines for your tastes, plan your rehearsal dinner wines, and you'll still get us at our best: pouring for your guests, educating your guests about the wines, and making the event feel curated - even with house wines.

The Choice Pour

Price$2,500

Description

Your wine, your way. The Choice Pour includes everything from our introductory package — a personal consultation to learn your palate, guidance on rehearsal dinner selections, and sommelier-led service on the day — plus full wine sourcing. I hand-select every bottle based on your taste, menu, and budget, then coordinate with your venue and caterer. You and your guests get a wine experience built from scratch for your wedding, not pulled from a stock list.

The Full Glass

Price$3,500

Description

The complete experience. The Full Glass includes everything in The Choice Pour: personal consultation, custom wine sourcing, and sommelier-led service. You'll also get access to allocated and limited-production wines, a private tasting outing together so I can learn your palate firsthand, sommelier service at your rehearsal dinner, and extended coverage on your wedding day. Want additional events covered? We can build from here.

    An Unforgettable Night

    From our first conversation, Zach from Tastings with the Glass Man understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He brought an educational approach without ever making it feel stuffy—instead, he created 'taste experiments' that played with our senses and let us experience wines in totally new ways.
