No, we are a mobile cart service that travels to your venue! We bring our fully self-contained espresso and matcha bar directly to your event location - whether that is an indoor ballroom, an outdoor garden, or a private estate.
Our standard package includes 2 hours of active (fee for additional hours), unlimited beverage service staffed by a professional barista. It features our complete handcrafted espresso menu, a specialized ceremonial-grade matcha bar, a variety of dairy and plant-based milks, house-made syrups, and all disposable cups, lids, and napkins.
We require flat ground, access to standard electrical power (typically one dedicated standard outlet), and space for our compact cart. Because our cart is fully self-contained with its own internal water and waste systems, no direct plumbing hookups are needed.
Yes! Our cart is designed to operate indoors, in covered outdoor areas, and open-air outdoor settings. For outdoor events, we simply require level ground, overhead coverage (such as a tent, patio roof, or shade) to protect the equipment from direct sun or rain, and accessible power within 50 feet.
Our single-cart setup comfortably accommodates gatherings of up to 150, efficient barista service. If you are hosting a larger celebration, let us know so we can customize staffing and service flow to keep wait times minimal.
Absolutely. We offer bespoke add-ons to match your wedding aesthetic, including: - Signature Drink Development ($75): A custom-named beverage crafted with unique syrups and garnishes tailored to you. - Custom Branded Cups ($150+): Add your wedding monogram, crest, or names to all hot and iced drinkware. - Cart Branding ($175): Personalized front-panel decals to blend seamlessly into your floral and event decor.
We typically arrive 45–60 minutes prior to your contracted start time to load in, set up our bar, and dial in the espresso machine. Setup and teardown time are included and do not count against your 2 hours of active drink service.
To secure your date on our calendar, a 20% deposit is required upon booking. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as early as possible. Please note that the 20% deposit becomes strictly non-refundable if the event is cancelled within 7 days prior to your scheduled event date.
