Hi— Alejandra or Ale here! Owner of One Last Pour. I’ve been in the industry for about 8+ years, I’m Latina and I absolutely love to cater to people. I started this business with the hope of bringing an extra step of fun to the event, and not to mention take some stress off your shoulders when it comes to planning! So let’s work together to craft an unforgettable pour!

My ability to cater, be flexible and work with anyone and any budget. I understand what “ballin’ ona budget” means— and as I build my portfolio I truly value the way the experience turns out for my clients rather than me in most cases.

    Outstanding service

    One Last Pour was amazing at the baby shower I attended! The custom drinks matched the theme perfectly and were such a fun touch. She was so friendly, professional, and provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend One Last Pour for any event!

    Highlight of the night! Book now!!

    We had an amazing experience working with One Last Pour for our wedding bar. From our first conversation, they were responsive and clear about what they could offer, which made planning so much easier. Alejandra showed up on time, set up a beautiful bar station, and kept the drinks flowing all night long. Our guests loved the drink selection and quality, and we got nothing but compliments about the service. Mocktails were amazing! One Last Pour made our celebration feel special, and we'd definitely recommend them to any couple looking for a bar service they can trust. Hire One Last Pour and I promise you won’t regret it!

    Celebrate with who? One Last Pour!

    One Last Pour made our moment feel like a celebration from start to finish. The bartender (Ale) was fantastic at communicating with us and took time to describe each drink in a way that got everyone excited about what they were ordering. Their margaritas were absolutely incredible… honestly a 10 out of 10 and the colorful drinks OMG they created and brought so much energy and fun to the party. Being able to customize your drink just how you like it definitely set the tone for an unforgettable night. The whole experience was seamless and professional, and we're definitely booking them again for any future events. If you're looking for a mobile bar service that cares about the details and knows how to get people in the mood to celebrate, One Last Pour is the way to go!!

Yes, our event minimum is $550 for all weddings.
Houston, San Antonio, Austin and small towns/cities in between such as— San Marcos, Schertz, Cibolo, Alief, Fulshear, Richmond, and more.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
