Hi, I’m Courtney — founder and mixologist behind cko collective! 🍸 After years in PR + events, I opened and operated a nationally recognized cocktail bar in Wilmington, NC before selling it and making St. Pete home. I launched cko collective to bring that same cocktail-bar experience directly to private events throughout Tampa Bay. I love working with people to create a bar experience that feels like *them* — from personalized signature cocktails to elevated classics their guests will love!

For me, it’s about more than pouring drinks. The bar is one of the places your guests will visit again and again, and I want every trip to be part of the experience. People always comment on my energy behind the bar — it’s fun, infectious and something I genuinely love bringing to every event! Pair that with beautifully crafted cocktails using fresh citrus, housemade syrups and quality ingredients, plus signature cocktails designed around you, and the bar becomes part of the celebration — not just where you grab a drink.

    Courtney is absolutely amazing!!! So responsive & sweet and easy to work with. She even personalized the experience with fun cocktail names to make it extra special for my friends 30th birthday! Such a great cocktail class! Highly recommend if in the St.Pete/Clearwater area.

We’re a dry hire bar service, which means clients provide the alcohol. We’ll guide you through exactly what to purchase, how much you’ll need, and handle everything else—from setup to serving—so you can enjoy the party! This actually works to the client’s benefit as you’re able to buy the product at cost (no markups!).
Absolutely! Whether you have a favorite cocktail in mind or want something completely unique, we’ll help create a menu that’s personalized to your event and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. If you’d like to see our current cocktail menu, simply just ask!
The sooner, the better! Popular dates can book weeks—or even months—in advance, especially during holidays and peak season (Mar-Sept). If your event is just around the corner, reach out anyway. If we have the date available, we’d love to celebrate with you!
Yes! We’re based in St. Petersburg and proudly serve the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Planning an event outside our standard service area? Let us know—we’re always happy to travel!
A 25% deposit and signed service agreement are required to reserve your event date. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. After that, deposits become non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of the booking and are non-refundable.
Gratuity is always appreciated, and we offer two options to make things easy! If you’d like to have a tip jar/signage available, no service gratuity will be added to your invoice. If you’d rather guests not be asked to tip, we’ll simply include a 20% service gratuity in your final balance so everything is taken care of before the big day.
