Our Day-Of / Month-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who have booked their vendors and planned the details, but want a professional team to take over communication, logistics, timeline management, and execution leading up to and on the wedding day.

    Wedding service

    Allegro Events provided impeccable and professional bar services for our wedding. Their communication was very effective throughout the planning process, and they were a dream to work with on the day of. The service was seamless - they were on time for all courses, on top of drink service, and just amazing overall. They even showed up early and were flexible when our schedule shifted last minute. Do yourself a favor and hire Allegro Events - they truly contributed to making our special day perfect!


We recommend booking our services at least 6 months prior to your event date.
We currently serve the Orlando, Florida Market. Our service area includes a 30 mile radius from 32801. For an additional fee, we will travel anywhere in Florida.
Yes, we will help coordinate with local rental companies for a stress-free experience. Please note, we do not supply the rentals ourselves, but will rent from other reputable companies to bring your vision to life.
Our event minimum in general is based on 4 hours of service. For a very small, intimate wedding, you can expect to pay at least $400.
We will likely start with a phone consultation prior to booking. This is where we gather information about your vision and craft a unique package to fit your needs. Once booked, you will have unlimited access to ask questions, schedule a followup consultation, and make adjustments as needed. Our final consultation will be around 1 month before your event, where we put the finishing touches on our plan. Depending on the services you've selected, we may need to walk-thru the space in the days prior. We are full-service and here to help you every step of the way! If you ever need guidance, just ask!
