I am a professional violinist and fiddler available to perform within the Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin tri-state area. (Note: my travel radius is within approximately a 60-minute drive of the tri-state.) A classically trained violinist for 30+ years, I play professionally in several area symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles and perform solo for special events. I have also played the Hardanger fiddle, Norway's national folk instrument, for 15+ years and am available to perform, demonstrate, and lecture about this unique instrument.

I've been playing sax professionally in all genres of music since age 18 and focused on playing club/dance music with DJs since the mid 2000s. I've performed in clubs and events all over the country. Mary Alice and Rosa met in 2013, while studying at The University of Minnesota. After performing together in various ensembles, they decided to form Roma Duo just one year later. The duo loves performing in a variety of settings, from yoga classes at Minnehaha park to the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts.
