We are a new venue open less than a year. The building was a former Masonic lodge building. We totally remodeled it while trying to preserve some of the character. It has the original yellow pine flooring. Freshly painted walls. A small warming kitchen for renters or caterers to use. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding.

Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family!
