From initial phone calls, setting up a tasting and coordinating with other vendors in the planning process to ensuring everything was set up perfectly on the day of our wedding was well thought out and detail oriented. Countless guests came up to us to let us know how delicious all the food was and that Upohar delivered the best tasting meal they had ever enjoyed at a wedding. We also cannot speak highly enough of Erica. The entire Upohar team was absolutely fantastic; but we wanted to mention how Erica went out of her way with extra phone calls and meetings to help us with selecting linen colors, re-thinking final layouts and working with our other wedding planner to make sure the event was seamless and stress-free for us and our guests. “Kristin with Hausfrau Catering did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s wedding at Balla Cloiche Vineyards. The food and service were beyond expectation. The appetizers at cocktail hour were great, particularly the mini crab cakes (even made gluten free due to some allergies). There were about 90 guests and everything went very smoothly, from the plated salad and soup courses, then main course stations set up with beef, poultry, seafood choices, as well as a vegan option for a couple of guests. Dessert shooters were delicious. The rentals (tables, place settings, etc) were great and communication and flexibility were exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Hausfrau for any catering needs.”
