Our 6,000 square foot reception pavilion can be open-air or heated and cooled as needed for the comfort of your guests. All of ceremony and reception spots can be custom decorated to make your perfect backdrop to say "I Do!" After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and became the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! The property can be arranged a number of ways to host large or small weddings. There are plenty of spaces for parties to move around on property, which offers lots of options and ideas. Best of all, we work with some of the best vendors in the business - wedding planners, caterers, bartenders, rentals, DJ's, photographer, videographers and more! Our property is unique in a number of ways, one being the opportunity to sleep at the estate after festivities. The home is equipped with beds to sleep 24 and can accommodate even more.

Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge.
