The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. Views from the property extend out over Lake Champlain to the spectacular Green Mountains on the lake's eastern shore, and provide abundant photo opportunities and memories.

Our barn is located only 12 miles from Lake George Village offering onsite ceremonies and receptions with picturesque landscaping for photography. The barn is constructed from Hemlock post & beam cut in Northern VT and includes all the amenities you could need at your event.

We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.

Is it really pink? Yes! After painting an old barn red, the original owners realized they wouldn't have enough red paint left over to completely cover the house. Rather than buy more paint, they opted instead to add in the excess white paint they had lying around and voilà, a pink house!

Our farm is only a short drive from beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, allowing accessible lodging for any guests traveling to help you celebrate your special day.
