We like to believe the love transfers with them. You simply make an appointment with an experienced designer and a few months before your wedding, create your tablescape and choose your decor. The week of your wedding, we ask for those photos and everything will be readily available for you to begin creating your dream. Brides tell us it helps reduce day-of stress. The Art Sanctuary of Indiana, an old Methodist Church in downtown Martinsville, Indiana, is the perfect wedding venue for couples looking for a classic and vintage feel. In addition, the Art Sanctuary of Indiana has a rich history and is the centerpiece of the arts and entertainment district of Martinsville. The unique setting includes art exhibitions and spaces designed to make your wedding day experience memorable and suited to your individual style.

We are located in Southern Edgar County out in the country on a pond. We opened in August of 2010 and produce and bottle our own wine. Our banquet hall is 40x60. area. We have a stone fireplace on the South wall and a stone bar. The rest of the room is open. There is a separate door that enters the banquet hall from the outside, and an exit door to the wine garden outside. If you rent our banquet hall, we will supply you with tables & chairs. The tables will have white tablecloths. We do have a beer & liquor license, but this is for special events only and needs to be mentioned at the time of booking your event.

The Romanesque Revival-style building at 1201 Central Avenue began life in 1891 as Central Avenue Methodist Church, with additions in 1900 and 1922. For decades, it housed the largest Methodist congregation in the state. For your wedding, Indiana Landmarks Center offers a setting like no other.
